Sarvar foundation was founded in 1983 by Mr. Akbar Alizadeh with his brother’s help Kazem and other family members in honor of their dear mother Sarvar Alizadeh Ghatavi. This private foundation dedicated to sick children is a pioneer in the field of private-public sector collaboration particularly with its partnership with the faculty of medicine of Mashhad University.

Since its creation, the foundation has considered that children’s health does not only depend on the physical well-being but also on other factors such as the family’s well-being,  socio-economic factors, education, nutrition and recreation. The foundation has thus always tried to explore new ideas and projects with the help of its benefactors and their donations.
